Recognized globally as one of the most rigorous business impact certifications, it evaluates the organization holistically, considering how its strategy, governance, and operations generate value across five dimensions: governance, workers, community, environment, and customers. The assessment is technical, based on the B Impact Assessment, and requires a minimum score validated through a formal verification process.

The certification requires the company to incorporate into its legal documents a commitment to consider the impact of its decisions on all stakeholders, integrating purpose and responsibility into its very legal structure. Scores are made public in the global B Corp Directory, and the organization undergoes periodic recertification, demonstrating consistency, evolution, and a continuous commitment to performance improvement. A Certified B Corp stands out by aligning economic results, structured governance, and measurable positive impact. It is an independent recognition that validates practices, policies, and results, strengthening credibility, trust, and long-term vision. Mitsidi – B Corp
Mitsidi has been a Certified B Corp since 2021. In 2025, it underwent its recertification process, reaffirming its commitment to structured governance, positive impact, and continuous improvement. During the recertification, Mitsidi achieved 111.6 points on the B Impact Assessment. The median score for companies completing the assessment is 50.9 points, with a minimum of 80 required for qualification. This result demonstrates performance significantly higher than the global average and highlights maturity across all pillars. The score evolution reinforces that Mitsidi’s commitment to positive impact is a structural part of its business strategy, sustained by verified metrics and legal accountability.
